Who Is Hailie?

Hailie Lucille is an ambitious and passionate storyteller living in New York City. She has been called “the quintessential triple threat” by the Pittsburgh City Paper.

“Lucille is a powerhouse belter (who later showcases a lilting soprano).” - METERMAG

“Hailie as Dyanne, displays her voice in the sexy ‘Fever.’ She is stunning in this role. - Tony’s Corner

She was raised in the small town of Luna Pier, Michigan, where she was surrounded by Lake Erie and Midwestern dialects. Her mother tells her that she came out of the womb trying to kick her face, which is why she was enrolled in dance lessons at the age of three. Despite efforts to get her four younger brothers on board by dressing them up in sparkly tutus, they were never quite determined to take a stab at a high battement.

Hailie attended Toledo School for the Arts in high school as a dance and vocal major. She performed in several dance concerts per year, musicals, and gigs around town with her rock band. She focused her spare time heavily on community outreach with the TSA Ambassadors and her church. She also was in the pre-professional dance company with Toledo Ballet, where she performed annually in the longest running production of The Nutcracker Ballet in the country.

She received her B.F.A. in Musical Theatre with a minor in Dance from Point Park University in 2019. During her time in college she had the opportunity to perform with Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera, in multiple Pittsburgh Playhouse productions, and in various student works. She enjoyed taking part in multiple benefit concerts to raise funds for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, and volunteering at numerous outreach events across Pittsburgh.

She most recently performed in Million Dollar Quartet as Dyanne at North Shore Music Theatre in the round.

She is grateful to work in a field with like-minded individuals who are also committed to keeping the magic of theatre alive.
